Each player is permitted to hold only one active pk97 account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances associated with duplicate accounts.
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure. pk97 is not responsible for loss or inconvenience resulting from an inability to contact you due to inaccurate contact details on file.
pk97 applies Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures as required by responsible gaming best practices. Before processing any withdrawal, pk97 may require submission of: (a) a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC for Pakistani nationals); (b) proof of address; (c) a selfie holding the identity document; and (d) evidence of ownership of any depositing payment method (e.g., JazzCash, Easypaisa). Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk97 login credentials. pk97 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your credentials. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
pk97 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (c) you fail to complete required KYC verification within a specified timeframe; or (d) regulatory or legal requirements compel us to do so. Where an account is closed due to a breach by you, any pending bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to an active investigation will be returned to the deposit method of record after deduction of any amounts legitimately owed to pk97. pk97 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk97 is incorporated and licenced. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to attempt resolution first through good-faith negotiation. Where negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable in pk97's jurisdiction of incorporation. Nothing in this clause limits pk97's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
